Sheriff Bryant “Wally” Jones Staff Breakfast 2026

Part I

July 28, 2026

Sheriff Bryant “Wally” Jones was humbled and grateful as community supporters and friends came together to help honor the dedicated men and women of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office during the 2026 Staff Breakfast.

The breakfast was more than a meal—it was a heartfelt expression of appreciation for the deputies, dispatchers, detention officers, administrative staff, investigators, and every employee who faithfully serves the citizens of Pike County each day.

Sheriff Jones believes that the success of the Sheriff’s Office is built on the commitment, professionalism, and sacrifice of its employees, and he wanted each member of the team to know that their hard work does not go unnoticed.

“The men and women of this agency are the backbone of our mission,” Sheriff Jones shared. “They serve with courage, integrity, and compassion, often making personal sacrifices to protect our communities. This breakfast is one small way of saying thank you for your dedication and your unwavering commitment to public service.”

The event was made even more special by the generosity of community supporters who filled the tables with delicious homemade pound cakes, freshly baked cookies, seasonal fruit, and other breakfast treats. Their kindness reflected the strong partnership between the Sheriff’s Office and the citizens it proudly serves.

Sheriff Jones extends his sincere appreciation to every supporter who donated food, volunteered their time, and helped make the morning a success. Their generosity reminded the entire staff that they are valued not only within the Sheriff’s Office but throughout the community.

Together, the breakfast celebrated service, strengthened relationships, and reinforced a simple but powerful message: when a community stands behind those who serve, everyone is stronger.
