🇺🇸 Pike County Sheriff’s Office Joins in Honoring Our First Responders 🇺🇸

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office was honored to attend the Pentecost Temple Pre-9/11 Luncheon on Thursday, September 10, 2026, celebrating and recognizing the men and women who serve as first responders in our community.

This special luncheon was a meaningful opportunity to pause, remember, and honor the courage and sacrifice of those who answered the call on September 11, 2001, as well as the first responders who continue to serve and protect our communities every day.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office extends our sincere appreciation to Pentecost Temple and the organizers for opening their doors and providing this wonderful luncheon as a gesture of gratitude to our law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, 911 dispatchers, and all first responders.

Thank you for remembering. Thank you for honoring. And most importantly, thank you for showing our first responders that their service matters.

🇺🇸 We Remember 9/11. We Honor Their Sacrifice. We Thank Our First Responders. 🇺🇸

Sheriff Bryant “Wally” Jones and the entire Pike County Sheriff’s Office appreciate Pentecost Temple for celebrating those who stand ready to serve when others need help most.
